Patience has its own reward, right?  My door knob arrived by the time I returned home yesterday. It is simply wonderful and is now installed in my dinning room china cabinet closet. It is a perfect match with the other closet door in that room, but sturdier. I may end up ordering a new one for that closet door, because the installation makes the door close tighter and neater. Your product was worth waiting for! Your customer service is one of the best I have encountered ever, yourself and the lovely lady in the order room included. And, you may quote me on this!
