Sunrise Specialty: LIMITED WARRANTY: Sunrise warrants that all its bathtubs, faucets, faucet handles and accessories shall be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for five years from the date of initial shipment by Sunrise. Gloss reduction, fading, scratching, staining and alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Sunrise will repair or replace, as it deems appropriate, any product that has been determined to be defective. Defect or damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation, alterations without Sunrise’s prior written consent, accident, misuse, abuse or acts of God is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty. If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact Sunrise either by writing Sunrise Specialty Company, 930 98th Avenue, Oakland, California 94603 Attn: Customer Service, or by calling 1-800-444-4280. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, finish, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased. The original invoice or original sales receipt must be provided to Sunrise with all warranty claims.
